No. Downloading is free. Every drawing you generate comes as PNG, SVG and DXF in one go, and you can download it again from your account whenever you want at no extra cost.
The moment you press Generate. That one charge covers all three formats. On a paid plan, every drawing then comes with a free retry, so regenerating the same picture costs nothing the first time. From the second regeneration onwards it counts as another drawing, and on the Free plan it counts from the first.
Generate it again with different settings; changing the level of detail or the view usually sorts it out, and on a paid plan the first retry on any drawing is free. If we cannot process your picture at all, nothing is taken from you: it goes straight back to your balance.
Your allowance comes back on your renewal day, the same day of the month you signed up. If you keep hitting the ceiling every month, that is what the Custom plan is for: tell us the volume you need and we will price it.
No. Each month starts fresh with the full allowance, and whatever you did not use does not carry across. The drawings you already made stay yours either way.
Yes, from your account, with no notice period and no questions asked. The plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and then simply stops. We do not pro-rate part-months.
Payments are handled by Stripe, by card or PayPal. We never see or store your card details. The receipt arrives by email the moment the payment goes through, and you can add your company details and VAT number at checkout.
Yes, on every plan, Free included. Commercial use is included with every download at no surcharge: plans, competition boards, renders, printed material and client deliverables. The one thing you cannot do is resell or redistribute the drawing itself as a stand-alone digital asset.
Volume, mostly. Free gives you 3 drawings a month and a limited view of the example gallery. Creator gives you up to 30 a month, the whole gallery, and access to new BETA tools while we are still building them. The files themselves are exactly the same.
The API is self-service and has a public price: 0.75 € per conversion, prepaid, with no sales call and no minimum. Custom is the other thing: a studio plan for volume, which can include a block library built from your own people and furniture. Write to us for that one and we will put a price together.
