How pic2CAD helps

A plan view, a section and an elevation each need the same person from a different side. You rarely have a picture from every angle, so you borrow a stranger from a library or redraw the figure by hand.

Pick Orthographic view, click the person and type their real height. pic2CAD draws the front, side, back and top views together, so they match each other in pose and proportions. The side, back and top views are worked out from your picture, because the camera only saw one side: check the proportions against the real person before you rely on them. Each view comes as PNG, SVG and DXF, with the DXF in millimetres, and you can download all four in one ZIP with a combined DXF.

They are inferred from the picture, not photographed. Orthographic view is still in beta: feet and unusual angles can come out wrong. Check the proportions against the real person before you use them.
A sharp, full-body picture of one person with the feet in view and nothing covering them. A cropped or half-body picture can't give you a standing figure.
One. The four views come from a single generation, and if none of them can be drawn your credit is not spent.
