Yes. Each block comes from its own picture and is drawn in the same line style, so a person, a dog and a monstera sit together without looking like they come from different sources. Download them one by one and place each where your drawing needs it.
The DXF is in millimetres. A person drawn in Orthographic view arrives at the real height you typed, so it fits 1:50, 1:100 or 1:200 as it is. A pet or a plant arrives 1 metre tall: measure the real one and scale the block to that height once.
Usually thinner and grey, so they stay behind the architecture. In your CAD, give the figures a lighter lineweight and a grey colour, and keep the building's own lines heavier.
Yes, as long as you have the right to use the picture and the person agrees. A sharp, full-body picture with the feet in view works best.
